Each of our boxes contains 7−9 products, directly supporting 7 – 9 producers with every shipment. With a network of over 300 producers in need, the surprise box format is our way of ensuring timely help. It allows us to focus on those who need it most at any given moment, rotating support among our community of artisans. This means that your subscription has a direct and immediate impact on the livelihoods of these families.

Can I cancel my membership?

Can I choose what's in my box?
The product range of each box depends on the producers we are helping each month. You don’t need to choose the products yourself. This means that you can enjoy unboxing a new surprise every month! Moreover, to enhance the surprise effect, we do not announce the goods in the next box in advance.Rest assured, we find and hand-pick only the best treasures from Israel for you. We guarantee that you will love it!
What will be in my box?
You will receive up to 9 full-size items of the best quality. Since we work with producers directly, we can offer the best prices for Lev Haolam members. So the price of each item inside the box is well below its cost in a regular store. We share the savings with our members. You will see the value in each box.
All products vary from package to package, as we support new producers every month. The goods may include an assortment of products such as chocolate, honey, coffee, tea, cookies, dates, olive or pomegranate oils, sweet or salty spreads, jams, spices, dried fruits, halva, home decor, ceramics, kitchenware, plates and bowls, paintings, candles, home blessings, wall hangings, holy books, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, face creams, soaps, ointments and balms, essential oils, and much more. This way, you will enjoy the full range of Israeli goods!
Each box also includes our colorful brochure with news and updates from Israel, the families you help, their businesses, and the Lev Haolam team.
When will my package arrive?
Generally, your package will be shipped out from our warehouse in Israel within 2-12 days of your subscription.
You can expect 2-3 weeks of air travel until final delivery. Your package will follow the same schedule for the duration of your membership.
How can I track my package?
Tracking information is emailed to you when we print out your shipping label. You will receive a tracking number to the email address with which you subscribed.
Please note: since the tracking number is sent out a few days prior to shipping – it may take up to 7 days for the initial tracking update
What do I do if an item in my package is broken or missing?
We work hard to ensure that you get to enjoy the best that Israel has to offer. We pack everything to the best of our abilities. Items may get damaged during shipment.
Please contact us at support@levhaolam.com if anything in your package is damaged or missing, and we will address the matter immediately.
Can I get an alcohol-free package?
Yes, while we send alcoholic beverages approximately six times per year, we do offer the option to request an alcohol-free package. In these packages we swap alcoholic beverages for alternative items. Upon registration, please mention in the comments section that you are interested in an alcohol-free package.
Can I send one of my packages to a friend?
Yes. When subscribing, please provide the address of the recipient in the “ship to address” section of the subscription.
Are the Packages Kosher?
All of the food items we buy are packaged items and are purchased from other companies located in Judea and Samaria. We do not produce any of the food ourselves.
All of the items we include in our boxes are certified kosher under different rabbinical supervisions. Some of the supervisions of our products include the following: Badatz Eidah Charedit Badatz Beit Yosef Mehadrin Rav Avraham Rubin Mehadrin Rav Eliyahu Abba Shaul Mehadrin Rav Eliezer Altschuler Hashgachat Rav Dov Lior Badatz Iggud Rabbanim Rabbi Y. Lev Haolam does our best to provide high standard kosher items in our packages. Additionally, we are always on the lookout for new items to include, so the supervisions will not always be the same as listed, but they will be of similar standards.

Lev Haolam ships to over 130 different countries each month. If you doubt that we can deliver to your city, please contact our support team.
Is it possible to help specific people?
Lev Haolam family members have access to an exclusive store. By buying goods in it, you can support a certain family in Israel.

You are subscribing to a monthly membership, not just purchasing a product.
As a Lev Haolam member, you gain access to our private community, exclusive content, and entry to our members-only shop featuring unique Israeli-made goods.
Members on the $59/month plan can choose to order one Surprise Box per month at a 60% discount, with free shipping — but the box is not included automatically and must be ordered separately.
If you prefer to receive the box automatically each month, you can subscribe to the $99/month plan, which includes the same membership benefits plus a Surprise Box delivered monthly at the same discounted price.
Membership can be canceled at any time.
