Are there any changes to your shipping schedule due to COVID-19?
We are shipping normally! Despite unfavorable conditions caused by reduced air-traffic, we continue dispatching packages on time, however, delivery time may be extended in some cases. Delays of up to 2 weeks (over the usual shipping time) are to be expected.
How much does the subscription cost?
The subscription is $99 USD per month. We also offer the option to pay in Euros. The monthly payment in Euros is 90 EUR.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can always cancel your subscription, at any time for any reason. For faster handling, all cancellations are emailed to support@levhaolam.com.
What if I can't afford $99 monthly?
While our subscription is monthly, it can be canceled at any time, so you can subscribe for as long or short as you like. You can also email us at support@levhaolam.com to inquire about other payment options.
How much is shipping?
Free! The shipping costs of your package are built in to the monthly price of $99, so no extra shipping fees are required.
Are the Packages Kosher?
All of the food items we buy are packaged items and are purchased from other companies located in Judea and Samaria. We do not produce any of the food ourselves.
All of the items we include in our boxes are certified kosher under different rabbinical supervisions. Some of the supervisions of our products include the following:

Lev Haolam does our best to provide high standard kosher items in our packages.
Additionally, we are always on the lookout for new items to include, so the supervisions will not always be the same as listed, but they will be of similar standards.
What does Lev Haolam do?
Lev Haolam buys, packages, and exports goods from small businesses in Judea & Samaria and then sends them out to our subscribers on a monthly basis. This allows those suffering businesses to flourish and develop, despite the threat of boycotts.
What do I receive in my packages?
The Lev Haolam team carefully selects a variety of products to fill your monthly package. Specific products vary from package to package, but the items Lev Haolam chooses consist of boutique chocolates, sweets, olive oil, tea, cosmetics, wine, dried fruits, artisan ceramics, and Judaica. Your package forms a direct connection between you and the producers that make it happen.

Are the packages available internationally?
Yes. Lev Haolam ships to over 130 different countries each month.
When will my package arrive?
Generally, your package will be shipped out from our warehouse in Israel within 2-12 days of your subscription. You can expect an additional 2-3 weeks of air travel until final delivery. Your package will follow the same schedule for the duration of your membership.
What do I do if an item in my package is broken or missing?
We work hard to ensure that you get to enjoy the best that Israel has to offer. We pack everything to the best of our abilities. Items may get damaged during shipment. Please contact us at support@levhaolam.com if anything in your package is damaged or missing, and we will address the matter immediately.
Can I send one of my packages to a friend?
Yes. When subscribing, please provide the address of the recipient in the "ship to address" section of the subscription - 3rd step, after payment.
How can I track my package?
Tracking information is emailed to you when we print out your shipping label. You will receive a tracking number to the email address with which you have subscribed. Please note: since the tracking number is sent out a few days prior to shipping - it may take up to 7 days for the initial tracking update
My credit card has expired. How can I update my information?
The best and safest way to update your payment information is through the "Update Information" option on our website.
How can I log into my account?
The log-in option for partners is not available and has not yet been developed. If you would like to make an update or check the status of your account, please email us at support@levhaolam.com and we will check your account for you.
Can I choose the items in my package?
We do not offer customized packages at this time.
Can I get an alcohol-free package?
While we send alcoholic beverages approximately six times per year, we do offer the option to request an alcohol-free package. In these packages we swap alcoholic beverages for alternative items. Upon registration, please mention in the comments section (final step of subscription) that you are interested in an alcohol-free package.
